Attorney and researcher in civil and corporate law. A master's candidate in Private Law at UFRGS, researching the patto di famiglia and its role in corporate succession planning. Part of that work is being carried out as a visiting researcher at the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, focusing on Emilio Betti's influence on Brazilian civil law.
